Our hands-on and chef-led class guides you through each step of the process using organic and premium ingredients. Discover the history behind this beloved dish and explore new ingredients and essential Asian pantry staples.
Our classes are held at the Kitchen at White River Valley Lodge overlooking the beautiful White River in Eureka Springs, AR. We start with welcome bites and refreshments then proceed to the hands-on portion of the class followed by a sit-down meal and dessert… So we invite you to join us for an afternoon of good food, good fun and good company!
