Hi, I’m Charmaine and welcome to Ozark Asian Chef! My passion for food and travel inspires every class that I teach. I invite you to join me on a culinary journey where we'll explore authentic Asian recipes from my childhood in the Philippines, growing up in the vibrant Southern California food scene and recipes that I’ve gathered from my travel adventures in between. Sharing my cooking experiences here in my new home state of Arkansas not only allows me to teach you delicious dishes but also provides insights into the rich culture and traditions behind each meal. Our hands-on and chef led cooking classes focus on the best loved Asian dishes including potstickers, bao (steamed buns), spring rolls, wontons, dim sum, ramen and more. We support local farms where we buy our fresh produce while sourcing our specialty ingredients from our local Asian groceries stores A'Chau Asian Market and Asian Amigo Supermarket here in Northwest, Arkansas. Our classes include all premium ingredients, all cooking utensils and recipes starting at $75- $165 per person. Vegetarian options available. All foodies from all cooking skill levels are welcome!
